Leaders in the market and recognised name Some really bright and creative colleagues who know what they are doing Exciting phase in the business - on the cusp of revolution in the industry – and positioned well to be market leaders
The amount of red tape is very restricting to creativity and talent There is a need for change to move with the times but a lot of the company are not happy with change and are resisting it, wanting to keep things the way they are Some of the people who have been given positions of authority seem to have got there by default of being the longest serving staff member rather than because they had the gifts and skills required for the role
To be honest I don't think there is a 'best thing' there as management have no idea what they're doing
If I knew what I know now, I'd never have accepted the job in the first place. Much better jobs out there that, not only will treat you better, you will treated as an adult and most importantly respect you. This place gives you nothing back.
The decisions made by managers can be weird and unprofessional. When restructuring, management always seems to find a way to mess things up.
