Training is better than any degree or diploma in employment law , gym class on a Thursday is free as is breakfast on a Monday. Free drinks end off month. Lots of incentives

I felt extremely honoured walking into Peninsula Business Services prestigious organisation headquarters, I quickly found my feet within a new team and I have not looked back since. The senior management within each department true care for each member of staff and will encourage and push each individual to achieve their full potential and develop skills they will keep with them for life. I am truly thankful I work for such a remarkable company and can’t ever see myself leaving.

There really are not any areas I would say are the “worst” thing about working for Peninsula Business Services. I assumed before I set foot in the building it would have a canteen on site but it does, it does have fresh sandwiches and snacks offered on each floor so that does compensate. With the amount of floors at its disposal Peninsula Business Services offers a free exercise class on a Thursday night, this is set on floor 7. Personally I would like them to invest in some gym equipment on this floor as gyms these days can be very expensive.

They have a breakfast club on a Monday morning; this includes fresh, hot and delicious bacon, sausage butties (veggie alternatives are available) plus cereals, pastries and hot and cold drinks. The incentive rewards are simply mind-blowing, holidays to Dubai, Miami and Monaco are just some of the locations offered, cars days out hotels etc.

there really are not any bad areas. I assumed there would be an onsite canteen but there isnt. They do however have a service offering fresh sandwiches and snacks to all employees. I would love some gym equipment to work along side the free exercise class they offer.

The breakfast club on a Monday is a good way to start the week.

Training and development, is outstanding. No stone is left unturned when it comes to assistaing with an employees development. Regular contact with line managers on where you need to improve and help with accomplishing this goal.

Pay could be better I supose but that becasue I am greedy.
