Pleasant working environment, the offices are really nice. The atmosphere at work is informal and a upbeat and the people I work with are a good crowd
Management is really too top heavy and are spending way too much time in meetings. This is because the different areas are not set up so that they function and connect and communicate properly with each other as a norm. All the processes seem really insular to themselves. The actual day to day work is mind-numbing with the way the ticket system operates - it's more like a glorified call centre than a technical support company. Not much opportunity for promotion
