“One of the best work environments in the financial sector”
Great pay and benefits. The package are tailor made for every employee based on his needs and expected career progression and merits and achievements. A lot of flexibility at work, and a great place to work after youve got your MBA and need some hard core experience in the financial industry. Good work life balance and a lively, positive work atmosphere.
Full time employment is rare, there is a fair amount of work stress in this context. Upper management doesnt know what theyre upto, and whenever they do take decisions, theyre bad at communicating them.
Nothing spectacular to speak of.
“Much the same as all the other banks out there.”
Pros: If you like working in the banking environment, then this is a good place to be. If not, you’ll not want to get up in the morning to go to work.
Cons: Managers are pretty much consumed with their own needs at this place and have no concern about how their (bad) decisions affect the rest of the company. Large gaps between the different employment ranks make for very uncomfortable encounters and company meetings and year-end functions. Training program is non-existent.
Unusual thing: Every employee has to fill in a report and a check-sheet at the end of each week to ensure they “stick to it”.
