Management a bit difficult
Allways learning new thisgs on daily bases.
You get proper training when you start so you acquire skills and abilities to be valued. You can be proud to work in such a prestigious environment, which is rewarding. The workplace is nice and people are very helpful and friendly, especially when you start. There is no pressure and management is flexible so you can organise your life better.
The biggest problems are the lack of communication and the problem of promotions. Performances are hindered because people don't understand each others and/or don't know the various expectations of the senior management. Transparency is what is needed. Moreover, one doesn't know what to do in order to progress within the company and that results in frustration. There might be opportunities but where are they?
Good salary and benefits package
The best thing about it is the money as their commission system is great and the job is not even that hard. They are flexible so they don't expect extra longs hours and to swap your social life for the workplace. There are opportunities for self development.
Senior management should concern themselves more in what's wrong in the company. The staff can be facing difficulties during the shifts but even if those get reported, nothing is done about it.
There are some career opportunities that can be great.
Fair pay shouldn't be a benefit!
