“Market leaders, huge potential and strong brand”

Good staff benefits package and great bonus structure If you are a super-tough negotiator then you can get a good rate of pay Company phone Free snacks Market leaders with a very strong brand Huge potential for the product and services - cutting edge stuff

So many platforms operating and not integrated or only partially integrated. It's a headache managing so many – the least issue – managing multiple logins - still is an aggravation as it should be simple to create a single sign on front end. But change is grindingly slow. Not very friendly working environment. Enhancing the social framework of the teams is not really a priority for the powers that be. Again it should be a simple thing to fix and not involve that much effort for a huge difference to the staff and consequently the operation as at the moment there is little collaboration.

“One of the best and most exciting employers!”

Excellent work life balance with a lot of work form home flexibility. The pay and benefits are great. The company is on the rise, and there are a lot of opportunities on offer. The product is great and the staff really gets behind it. The culture is innovative, curious, creative and fast paced. Work is always fun.

You work long hours at times, and with the company growing so fast, they depend on you to. You tend to get a little lost, because of how quickly things are changing all the time with such explosive growth.
