Probably the only advantage of working at Savills is that its a highly recognised brand that will look good on your resume. You get a good exposure to a variety of disciplines.
Highly sexist and archaic in their thinking. Very discriminatory practices. There is also no career path inside the company for female employees, or those seen as not being aristrocratic enough in the eyes of the management. If you fall into those categories, you get extra long working hours, no holidays, a highly stressful work environment, bad pay, no opportunity for progression and a lot of office politics.
No reason to stick around, with their highly discriminatory policies.
Famous global brand Good staff package generally Initial salary is good Work can be interesting and diverse
High staff churn tells a story Inadequate structures for cascade of internal communication - grapevine for gossip works though! Lack of corporate vision for company management Female staff are not rated and do not get promotions into positions of power even if they are high performers When recruiting, old school tie is often bowed down to as golden ticket to more business, but at the expense of existing staff It would help if the HR department operated in a more professional way
Fair pay shouldn't be a benefit!
