“A good place to gain experience in your first job role”

This is my first job role and I feel I have got good experience working here. The company is open minded in that it welcomes innovation and new ideas. I feel that I am actively pushed to improve my performance. The colleagues I work with are great, there is a lot of good team work that goes on.

Working offshore can mean that you don't necessarily get recognised for your achievements on shore. I believe that the on shore job roles should be offered to those members of staff who are working well, I don't feel this happens at the moment.

Translating of jobs in other places was sometimes problematic as the front of house roles weren't necessarily offered in these other cities for current employees.

“Systems analyasis and digital support for banking”

Good team-workers, nice working atmosphere, chance to learn and to take part in a range of stimulating projects. Lots of skills training available. Can lead to career with associated firm, Standard Chartered Bank, for those who are committed and show promise.

Working hours are often far too demanding and they get in the way of home life. At Scope, your work-life balance goes straight out the window. Changes in shift-working are often required at short notice.

They let you work from home sometimes, if the project allows.
