“Top name”

Offers entry to the highly competitive world of video gaming production. A big name that looks good on your work record and CV. Interesting and sparky fellow workers.

There's a lot of repetition and the work can be dull, dull, dull. Management focus on targets at the expense of product quality or employees' needs. The company lacks vision and isn't open to new ideas for the future. Dreadful hours for employees with little respect for your life-work balance. Doesn't understand the concept of overtime. Pay is very poor. No promotion prospects or long-term career structure.

Might be a good job for people looking for part-time earnings.

“Big company with no visions”

The type of environment: relaxed and friendly

Lack of organization and leadership, no career progression, ideas not taken into consideration. The teams' leaders are focused on keeping the business as it is rather than improving it.

The employee turnover is incredibly high.
