You get to travel a lot, work timings are very good, and the people are amazing. The company has great policies that leave its employees very satisfied, and there are a lot of learning opportunities on offer. Workplace diversity is excellent, and the work is challenging with the staff always willing to help out if you need assistance.
There is still a lot of bureaucracy, perhaps a remanent of the pre-Volkswagen days. The targets often border on the unrealistic. The salary and benefits are not the best, even by industry standards.
