Sodexo offered a good working culture and relatively good environment to work in.
There is a real lack of investment in the IT facilities, the company could benefit from more of this. Also the management feel like they aren't very in tune with the staff. In terms of progression, it isn't clear where your future lies in this company. The rate of staff leaving the company is rather high.
The managers would often make decisions without consulting employees.
Only good thing was some friends i made there at the airline lounge
Everything, the pay wasn't great the managment didn't really care about the staff Too much work politics only got promotion if you knew the managers, The place was poorly run and they would try force you to do overtime, The GM was arrogant and the top management never cared for any kind of complaints and generally was ignored, got to be the worst company i have ever worked for.
The management where pretentious and if your just an ordinary member of staff You are just a number
Not sure as I've never scored an interview for all the jobs I've applied for to date.
I can only comment on the process of submitting applications via the Sodexo website. I have a long list of applications marked as 'in process' and I've not heard a word back on any of them. I only apply for positions I am well qualified for. There is no facility for feedback after you've submitted an application for a position so you are left hanging wondering if your application has actually been received. There are no contact details for enquiring about the progress of an application either. Rather frustrating and I feel I am just wasting my time with this company.
Fair pay shouldn't be a benefit!
