Good working environment and free parking Reasonable wage with a good package for holidays and sick leave Nice people and job is interesting and there are different aspects to it which give variety Training and development is promoted and worthwhile and I have been supported and encouraged in the role I enjoy the fact that there is a culture of openness between staff and managers and that we can all contribute items for discussion for the staff meetings
It would be better if all the managers reported to a senior figure who could oversee the whole process. At the moment they all report to each other and no one person is responsible for making decisions and bringing in improvements, so nothing ever happens While training is available it is slow to be implemented and often trails on over a very lengthy period. Someone needs to manage it and make it happen more promptly and then we can move on. It's like it's so democratic that everything falls between the cracks. Money gets wasted and decisions get made by staff who don't understand the consequences of their decisions.
Somebody probably has to die before you can get a full-time job there.
The work is challenging and stimulating, and the workplace is very positive, and meritocratic - filled with great staff that are friendly, intelligent and helpful. Overall this makes for a very productive working environment. The pay is very good, and there are a lot of opportunities for growth and personal development. The atmosphere at team meetings is welcoming and very different from the usual corporate environment. Good location and building.
Training takes a little too long. The management staff could be better.
The very friendly, uncorporate vibe at the workplace.
Fair pay shouldn't be a benefit!
