A very, bright, diverse group of employees. Brilliant training offered. Cutting-edge industry sector (digital tech and data anaylsis), which is only going to grow. Terra's got a global presence -- great if you want to work and travel. Very, pleasant, relaxed and informal atmosphere to work in. Hours are good, salary is good and holidays and time off are easy to negotiate.
Projects tend to be sporadic and there's quite a bit of downtime, when you're left kicking your heels and without much direction. Bit of a bunker mentality with different departments defending their turf and not working together as well as they could.
Free coffee. Free fizzy drinks.
Everyone that has been here for a while is interested in helping newbies fit in and learn all there is to know about the company. The office atmosphere is relaxed and inviting; rare for a workplace. There is a standing support system in place to make sure that everyone copes with their workload.
The company should spend a little more money on putting themselves out there in the market and becoming a household name in its unique field of services and products. The pay isn’t too great either, but does improve time. It’s a bit difficult to move further in the company.
The company has quite a few team building exercises annually.
Fair pay shouldn't be a benefit!
