This is the only water provider for a good couple of kilometres and clients have to come to us because there is no similar company around. The company has a very good reputation in the water supply industry.
The managers unfortunately have huge attitude problems and don’t care about the staff as they should. They set unrealistic goals and demands and scream and shout when these are not met. They don’t reward good work and even claim some staff ideas as their own. The directors are never around to deal with any of these problems.
Poor performance is highlighted and hammered on by management, but only that of the staff. They ignore their own mistakes and lack of working.
