The colleagues I worked alongside were the best in their field and really great to work alongside. We had a good, fun social life outside of work. The work/life balance was pretty good and the career opportunities to progress certainly exist in this company.
The pay is really bad. The staff pension is not good and the holiday allowance is really not good either. Staff morale could be improved a lot more, this could be facilitated by senior management. I didn't rate the senior management well.
The colleagues I met whilst working here were all very skilled and good at their jobs despite the low pay and bad staff benefits.
The people are very friendly and lively, always a joy to be around. The best are almost always what happens after work. I dont mean that in an illegal way, but the staff really do know how to have fun and let their hair down. Theyre a very social bunch. It makes work a lot of fun. Otherwise everything else is exactly as you'd expect for a hotel job.
The pay is very low, and pensions are worse. You can forget about getting off on holidays.
Probably the most amazing set of people you'll ever encounter at a workplace.
Fair pay shouldn't be a benefit!
