“Exciting work, with a highly reputed company”

The company gives you the chance to make your mark, have your opinions heard, and leave your mark on the business. A very good atmosphere to work in. Good addition to your resume. Good travel perks. Training given is very good, and professionally valuable.

The offices can often be in warehouses and uninspiring locations and not very encouraging. Management does not handle team leaders well, they have a free run at times. The company as a whole has a tendency to get a little lackadasical at times, and does not complete projects in time.

The highly reputed company, product and great people.

“Travel experts”

Well-regarded, global brand that looks good on your CV. Dynamic work-force, who'll introduce you to a whole variety of innovative e-business methods. Opportunities to progress within the company for dedicated grafters. Good salary and some brilliant benefits.

Communication between departments and branches is often frustratingly slow. Some parts of the business hunker down in their silos and ignore what's going on elsewhere. Over reliance on outsourcing as a solution to every business challenge.

Staff perks include big discounts on travel for up to three holidays a year. Yay!

Thomas Cook has iconic and much loved travel brands, and the 23 million customers who travelled with us over the last year prove it! Our business is focused on giving our customers holidays they'll treasure forever, and we'll continue to do everything we can to make sure they come to us first, wherever they want to go.
