There are many good points in working at Topshop. You get a good training, discounts on what is in-store, the environment is great and fun and everyone is very friendly. Management is really concerned with the staff and you get all the support and the supervision you might need. You feel valued and get rewarded for your hard work.

Career opportunities are hard to come by if you want to stay in the same place. In order to progress, you must be ready to be flexible. The job can also take over your life if you are really into it.

The leadership is really good and they have values you can relate to.

The pride you can take from working there, the staff discounts which are really nice if you are into fashion (if you are not, then you shouldn't be working there). It is a great, fun and helpful environment to work in and the staff is encouraged to bond.

There are no career opportunities, the pay is just about decent but could be better. The turnover rate is too high which means that constant changes destabilise the staff and hinders productivity. Senior management needs to be more rewarding towards hard-working people and review their priorities.

Staff discount isn't that good as it depends on how much you've already spent.

You get staff discount, uniform allowance and the culture and values of the company are good. If you like their products, it makes it much easier to sell them. People are very sweet and friendly and the managers really look after their staff and spend enough time trainng them so that they learn all the aspects of the job.

Even though it is a very easy and fun job, it can get really tiring physically and mentally. Your run around for the greatest part of the day and not all customers are nice. The salary is quite low and there's such a high turnover that the stores are not always functionning properly and you sometimes get lots of shifts or none.
