Nothing. There are NO perks.
Bullying is completely sanctioned by HR and management. Staff are not treated legally...working time regulations ignored, own policies ignored, forced ot for complaining, they employ anybody as a manager- you don't need to speak english or be able to spell your own name...They are an abysmal company....I'm shocked that they are allowed to treat people like this in the 21st century.
You will be treated as if you have no human rights. Company has offloaded debts or would have gone bust by now.....
Going home afterwards
Overbooking and being asked to LIE about it.
Asked to LIE about anything broken or hazardous.
You are customer-facing for most of your time at work and so it's a great place to learn customer service skills Some flexibility offered when working out your times for the night shift There is a management development programme which offers a potential chance for a career advancement
Generally not a people-focused organisation You are dependent on your general manager for recommendations to be put on management development, but the general manager's management of staff is not supervised so they may not put you forward for some reason of their own because they know nobody is going to question them. This can lead to unfair selection with people who are less experienced getting advanced
