This is an agile business environment, they are very quick to develop new markets and to expand the business into new areas It's great to meet the challenges of an upwardly mobile operation like this – it really stretches you in a good way and you have a chance to shine Senior management have an open door policy and they really look after their people - most people want to stay once they join

Most unusual to see someone leave the company once they've joined!
An extremely efficient and well run company that is proud of what it does and what it stands for. This sense of pride runs deep within the employees, and is infact how i came to hear about it - a friend and fellow employee's boast. Excellent company, but perhaps not the best time to join. Wait for better times.
