Pros: It’s the atmosphere that really makes this place. There is a fun vibe to it and the staff that work here all add to it. It’s almost like we have a party at work daily, without impacting the customer negatively in any way. On top of this, the owners have made sure that great salaries are available and you save on holidays as well.
Cons: Since the main holding company is in America, it is sometimes difficult to get hold of top management when you need to. Other than that, this is the place to be!
Unusual thing: This company has some of the best medical aid packages (benefits) around.
Fairly good staff package. We get allowances for travel costs, and subsidised leisure activities, standard healtcare option as well. Fresh fruit on the company
Simple issues take ages to be sorted out as it's such a fragmented operation. Business operations appears to be made up of three separate pockets with very little that's helpful passing between them: pocket 1 - the team that manages all the projects; pocket 2 – customers who are wanting a service; pocket 3 – staff who are in direct contact with the public. It would help with the breaking down of the dividing walls if the teams that are working on different aspects of the same issues could at least be sited near each other.
Lack of communication between teams working on the same project
