The senior management at TUI are driven, hard working, and focused on the team and overall goal. The working environment is relaxed and pleasant. The company seems to be stable despite the current economic state affecting others in the industry. Leadership isn't centralised and the company has an entrepreneurial spirit about it.
My experience in the UK branch has been fantastic, however I can't vouch for this across the company's worldwide number of 250 brands.
Seems to be doing well when other companies in the industry are struggling!
Competitive salary relative to industry And good staff perks – we get really good discounts on travel Good opportunities to develop The people generally are great to work with
Too much powerplay in the management of the company – affects the day to day output of business A Them and Us culture with regard to staff and management Company wide communication is poor Corporate objectives are unclear Should be remunerated more for weekend working
Operates a designated staff travel agency!
Fair pay shouldn't be a benefit!
