Reviews:

“Good organisation overall, with some sour spots”

The management and inter department support and communication is very well run, and this is a pleasure to work with, as I've had hell with the same with some of my previous employers. There are also excellent opportunities for learning and career progression, and good training provided by the company as well.

The company takes a while to re-staff, so whenever someone is fired, everyone else in the department, or team experiences a slow down, or longer hours. The process for keeping things running smoothly are clearly not set in place yet, its not fun to work here when things are going wrong - everything tends to fall apart, and the management takes forever to respond and tackle the problem.

Good work atmosphere when things are going right

“Dreadful senior managers that bully staff and are unsupportive, front line staff undervalued overworked underpaid”
