Reviews:

“Intellectually stimulating and challenging”

It's one the best universities in the world and therefore has an amazinf reputation. It feels great to be part of such an institution and one can feel very proud. Colleagues and management give lots of support and encouragement and will do their best to help you out. If you prove your worth, you'lle be given every chance to work your way up and the opportunities are not to be missed.

The biggest problem is the lack of funds, which means that you don't always get what you deserve. Moreover, the work load can feel a little crushing with the usual effects on social lives and such. Opportunities are also a good things but it'd be much better if they led to interesting career prospects.

The environment is very stimulating for the mind and the grounds are gorgeous

“World renowned university”

This university is famous all over the world and for good reasons. The place is outstanding on many levels. It is a pleasure to research and teach in this environment and the staff is really friendly, all of which contribute to making your time at this university a very rewarding experience. You can also lead a very pleasurable and active social life if you get the time.

The experience you'll have depends on which college you will be at and the lack on funds is something to be deplored. Depending on the area you are working in, you may end up with no funding at all or it may be linked to affiliation over which you have no control at all.

The amazing chance of treading such famous historical grounds and being part of one of the best universities in the world.

“Bubble of excellency shielding you for the rest of the world”

You get to work in very stimulating conditions with people who challenge your mind all the time. It's an amazing experience to be working there, as you get provided with some of the best resources and help and support at all stages. All those good points only add to the already-great prestige of being part of one of the best institutions of the world.

Yo may get a little disconnected after a while as the university tends to become your whole world. Also, the tuition fees are so high that you can't help being aware that you might be missing out on the most intelligent students just because they can't afford to study there.

Being constantly confronted to some of the most knowledgeable people in their fields and having to come out of the big family that is the university
