“Approachable and helpful colleagues”

Wonderful resources at your disposal, allowing you to progress your training and research. This is notable if you aspire towards becoming a lecturer or teacher, or aspire to a role managing other people. This provides a good base for future career roles within the education sector.

The teaching styles can be very niche, and they aren't always beneficial for the students. The effect of this on the teachers is that you can often feel a bit useless and under appreciated.

Management have been known on occasion to not give the salary you deserve.
