Reviews:

“Impressive research facilities, bad management, strong union influence”

The pay is good, and the working schedules are very flexible. Some of the departments have top notch research facilities. The close knit community creates a good working environment, and transportation options are plenty.

Management practices not up to the mark - highly bureaucratic. Communication problems between top management and staff, as well as between various departments. A lot of public sector/ union fed employees amongst the staff, who are friendly but lazy and compound the problem. The town being small with limited opportunities for activity, this can quickly become a hard problem to get away from.

seemingly lack lustre performance hides very strong and creative teaching departments.
