“Avergae workplace with a great campus location”

Excellent workplace environment with amazingly talented and knowledge staff, who are very well connected. Pay is good. Excellent campus facilities and location. Staff are generally as fun loving as they are serious and professional.

Management often lacking the professionalism seen amongst the staff and teachers. Management and HR team almost go out of the way, especially during the selection process to make you not want to work there. Quality of students is not the best in the country.

The campus location definitely. Canterbury can seem other worldy at times.

“Probably the best educational institution to work for in the UK”

Great pay and benefits, students and staff are great, management is excellent and supportive. Work atmosphere is productive, create and highly social. All of these things put together make teaching at Kent a very rewarding and fulfilling experience. Great networking opportunities as well.

Lift often out of order at rochester campus, can be quiet a pain, as the campus is on a hill.

Amazing educational instituion with a lot to offer for people who are dedicated to their field, and value interaction with peers and students.
