“Very good company to work for”

Pros: This is a great company to work for if you are looking for easy hours and friendly colleagues. Senior management is always to be found when a problem arises and staff are not bogged down with equipment that breaks or never works properly. Most staff members are quite happy to stay here and work on the same level for a few years, because of the great atmosphere.

Cons: There is no real opportunity to move upwards within the company. This is just about the only downside to this great company. Other than that, I have no complaints!

Unusual thing: There are more than a thousand employees in this office.

“A decent place to work”

The organisation offers a nice friendly atmosphere thats easy to settle into, especially if youre interested in working here for the long term. They have flexible hours, their managers are excellent, and warm. Theyre always on hand to help you out. There is adequate and up to date working equipment. Its a good stable job.

There is no such thing as career progression. You're stuck in the same role, and much much later you can try to be a manager.

Nothing unusual. Simple public sector job.
