“Excellent place to work”

Excellent people, really fun to work with, can make the stresses of everyday life disappear, it was always nice to come to work. There is a sense of co-operations among the staff. The company really pulls together during hard financial times on account of being a building society perhaps, everyone feels the community is depending on them.

The work load can get very stressful, especially during tough economic times. This can really hurt you as the pressure starts to mount both at home, and at work. Bad communication at work worsens problems and occassionaly disrupts the otherwise good work atmosphere.
