Rural Asset Management - Surveyor/Senior Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity in Knight Frank’s national Rural Asset Management team for an ambitious and progressive Rural Asset Manager to work in the Hungerford area. The role will be focussed on providing professional asset management advice to a range of rural businesses across technical disciplines. The Rural Asset Management Team is looking to recruit Rural Asset Managers with 1 – 3 years’ post-qualification experience. The requirement to add another member to the team has arisen due to rapid and consistent growth in the existing business and the identification of further growth opportunities. We advise clients with a diverse range of property portfolios across the country, as well as providing consultancy advice. The role will involve advising a wide range of clients including corporate, public sector, private and charities. Qualifications and Experience: It is anticipated the role will suit a self-starter excited by the opportunity to progress their career by developing existing, as well as new client relationships for a world leading property consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will be MRICS (Rural Pathway) qualified, while being ambitious, energetic, a good communicator and sound decision maker.
