**About the role:**
If you love a challenge, have experience in fast paced operational environments, and have a passion for learning, we want you on our team.
As a member of the Learning team in one of our Fulfillment Centers, your role will be to plan, organize and deliver the learning needs of all Amazonians in the building.
In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be very close to the action and spending time on the warehouse floor with the Associates. Amazon has seen rapid growth over the last few years and we plan to keep on growing. This means a lot of new Amazonians to train and coach. A lot of people to help stay curious and keep learning.
You will be essential to the growth and success of Amazon and our team members.
+ Act as a supervisor for Instructors and Peer Trainers with new hires
+ Deliver Instructor training, observation and coaching to the EU standard
+ Ensure training records are kept up to date through the console
+ Ensure EU training materials are kept and delivered against EU standard and provide a positive learning experience
+ Use and analyze data on a daily basis to improve NH learning experience
+ Feedback to Instructors and Peer Trainers on their delivery and new hire (NH) groups performance
+ All tests/ audits are completed and responses are tracked
+ Organize (Instructors assignment) and monitor cross training for the operations to support peak skill requirements
+ Work with operations on a skill matrix to highlight gaps for critical role training
+ Support operations with the delivery of critical role training
+ Improve processes from gathering feedback and analyzing data
+ Support the recruitment of Instructors and Peer Trainers
+ Attend meetings when required and provide information required
+ Work in partnership with the agency managers to improve new hire performance
+ Support EU level projects with feedback and improvements
+ Ensure that you deliver the European standard training content.
**To be considered for this role, you must have:**
+ A bachelor's degree or equivalent
+ Excellent verbal and written communicators - both in the native language
+ Intermediate English (fluent English is a requirement in the UK)
+ Able to work independently and autonomously
+ Interpersonal Skills and Composure (networking skills)
+ Well-honed communications skills, including presentation skills
+ Well-developed observational and analytical skills
+ Able to deliver feedback, coaching and deliver training
+ Effective time management and team work
+ Experience using all MS packages, such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
+ Problem Solving
+ Needs to speak and write the local language "correctly" as a requirement.
+ Sense of confidentiality
+ Instructor experience (internal candidates)
+ Process knowledge (internal candidates)

Qualifications and Skills
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• No history of active quality probation or performance counselling for the past 6 months or length of service, if shorter.
• Must be willing to work flexible schedules / shifts
• Familiar with current policies and procedures
• GCSE Maths & English, grade C or above (or qualification equivalent)
• Meets or exceeds departmental production goals
• Role model for safe work behaviours
• Demonstrated problem solving & analytical skills
• Willingness to train and learn new skills
