Honeycomb is delighted to assist a top industry client in Portadown who due to continued success and growth are seeking an experienced Administrator. Full time temporary with prospects for extension. The Client: One of the leading construction and civil engineering firms in Northern Ireland, who is renowned for delivering excellence and demonstrating the highest level of professionalism. With sector -leading training & development in health and safety, they are heavily invested in their employees. The Role - Sitting alongside a dedicated customers/sales team; duties would include; Efficient day-to day operation of the office management General reception duties; dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondences Data input; word processing and online database software to prepare documents Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and staff. Issue certificates to candidates on completion of courses Process card applications and issue cards to customers. Update and ensure the accuracy of the organisations databases. The Person: The candidate will be an enthusiastic team player, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office; Driven to achieve results and meet both personal and company targets Excellent attention to detail Excellent management skills Ability to work part as a team Strong planning and organisational skills. Essential Criteria Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English & Math Minimum of 2 years in a busy office environment Proficient in the use of standard office equipment; photocopiers. Computer literacy, MS Packages, maintaining databases and spreadsheets; email correspondence and internet search. Excellent computer literacy skills to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point) Strong communication skills Desirable Criteria RSA/ ECDL/ CLAIT or OCR qualification.
