Customer Service Administrator – 12 Month Contract - Shrewsbury
We are now recruiting with a well-established and successful organisation for a new Customer Service Advisor. This (minimum) 12 month contract position will suit an experienced Sales Support / Customer Service Advisor / Administrator who is looking to join a company with a genuine family feel where you’ll be based within a friendly, modern environment. You will ideally be on 1 weeks’ notice or less.
The duties will include (but not be limited to):
To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you MUST have worked in a similar role previously, ideally in a commercial role where you have sold items through online portals.
You’ll be IT literate, have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and have a friendly, flexible and adaptable approach to your work.
Hours or work are 08:45 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
The (outskirts of) Shrewsbury location is commutable from Telford, Oswestry, Market Drayton, Wolverhampton, Stafford, Bridgnorth, Ironbridge etc
