Is delivering a high standard of Customer Service in your nature? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an engaged Customer Service Sales to join our enthusiastic team, earning between £20k - £25k per annum, dependant on experience, plus enhanced benefits and rewards

To enhance the service we provide to our customers we are now looking to increase our team with a Customer Service Sales with someone that shares our passion and enthusiasm for providing a good quality of service.

Job Purpose:

Customers are our life blood and this role therefore is essential to our success. You will be engaging with customers to ensure the highest stands of customer satisfaction, whilst building strong relationships to enable further sales opportunities. Key responsibilities will include:-

  • Fulfilling customer requirements over the telephone and via email from both new and existing customers;
  • Ensuring on-line enquiries are completed;
  • Logging all queries that come through;
  • Building quotes and converting to Sales;
  • Dealing with face to face customers that come to site;
  • Reviewing and recommending appropriate product, ensuring item is compatible with client vehicle using electronic catalogues;
  • After sales technical support liaising with mechanics as and when required;

Knowledge & Skills:

As the first point of call for the business, we are looking for individuals that can demonstrate their commitment to delivering an exceptionally high standard of customer service. In addition to this, we would also like to see the following:-

  • Enthusiastic approach with good telephone manner
  • Experience within the automotive industry;
  • Genuine interest in working with classic cars;
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers to maximise sales opportunities;
  • Significant experience of IT including Microsoft Office Applications;
  • Team player able to support other members in other departments;
