Salisbury Support 4 Autism Ltd is an organisation that takes pride in providing specialist support services for people with Autism and other related complex needs. We support individuals to live as independently as possible and overcome certain challenges which can be very rewarding.
Due to the nature of complex needs many of the individuals we support can display severely challenging behaviour leading to damage to property, harm to themselves or aggression directed at others including their staff.

Service Manager – You:
- Demonstrate sound technical skill and knowledge in supporting individuals on the Autism Spectrum, Complex Needs and Severe Challenging Behaviour
- Experience of working within a Supported Living Home or similar
- 3 years’ experience of managing and leading a team
- NVQ 3 or above
- A degree in a relevant area, is desirable
- Being able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, strong time management, organisational skills and the ability to manage a budget, develop quality and evidence achievements
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills and be creative and pro - active
- Hold a clean driving licence
