NHS Property Services are looking for an experienced Support Services Gen Operative to provide comprehensive Porter duties to our multi occupancy building.
We are looking to appoint a Porter / Theatre Porter for the following days:
WC 1 Monday 07:00 - 19:00, Friday 07:00 - 19:00, Saturday 08:00 – 17:00 & Sunday 08:00 – 17:00 (times may vary slightly)
WC 2 Tuesday 08:00 – 19:00, Wednesday 08:00 – 19:00, Thursday 08:00 – 19:00 & Saturday 08:00 – 12:30
However, we would expect the post holder to be flexible and be able to work more hours to cover sick leave/annual leave if needed.
The successful candidate will ideally have worked in a NHS environment before and have relevant experience as Support Services Gen Operative, evidence of general education:
e.g. 3 GCSE level (or equivalent) at grade C or above including, English and Mathematics.
It is important that you are a good team player and enjoy helping people, have the ability to work on own initiative and the ability to work under pressure with effective organisational and communication skills.
Relevant posts will be subject to an appropriate DBS disclosure.
