Reporting directly to the Doncaster Site Operations Manager, we are now recruiting for an Administrator/Co-ordinator, to provide a high level of administrative support to the Doncaster Operations Management team. This role will be a key point of contact for the Doncaster site.

This is a part-time opportunity offering flexible working hours of 22.5 hours per week. A flexible approach is essential to the working hours of this role, as on occasion you may be required to alter your typical working hours/days for business needs.

The main responsibilities of this role are;

  • Maintaining Holiday Planners for line management, Production & Engineering teams.
  • Attend weekly and monthly operations meetings i.e. monthly H&S meeting as and when required to create action logs and minutes.
  • Acting as Council Secretary in Consultative Council meetings and the Doncaster Learning Centre.
  • Updating dynamic screens and noticeboards as and when required.
  • Ordering and distribute all PPE and work wear requirements where applicable.
  • Administer OSHENS incident management by ensuring all reports are reviewed and actioned as required.
  • SAP - Purchase Requisition (input of all relevant invoices).
  • Arranging team brief sessions and Health & Safety campaigns including Toolbox Talks, ensuring all those briefed are logged and reported.
  • Agility - coordinate and monitor the contractor control for the Doncaster Site via the Agility system.
  • Security measures " main point of contact to coordinate & control the door and locker key system including keeping keys, documentation, ordering where necessary.
  • Engineering " Monitor and log all hours and add to full KPI's for department.
  • Booking travel / hotel / cars for use by Operations.
  • Diary Management " coordinate all Operations Management team diaries including booking meetings.
  • MHE Training " Manage the Fleet Focus and Davis Derby systems and arrange maintenance visits on MHE as required.
  • General office clerical duties to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Candidates will require strong administrative skills with previous experience working within a similar support role. Must be computer literate proficient on Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of SAP is beneficial.

Seeking a meticulous worker with strong organisational and time management skills. Good communication skills also essential with experience maintaining strong working relationships at all levels.

Candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised, be self-motivated and self-managed. Flexibility and adaptability essential to the role.
