Behaviour Mentors and SEN LSAs needed in Hayes
£50 - £70 a day
Teaching Personnel are currently working with secondary schools in South West London who are looking to recruit effective LSAs and behaviour mentors with SEN experience to support students transitioning back in to the mainstream classroom from the onsite SEN unit and to support within the unit itself.
The role offers a varied and ever changing environment in which members of staff work flexibly to support vulnerable students with emotional, social and mental health difficulties. The role can be full-time or part-time with the potential of offer of a permanent contract for those who excel in post.

The primary function of this post is to work collaboratively with the team supporting students in developing students confidence, self-esteem, increasing school participation and to generally cultivate greater aspirations to achieve, not only in education but in the their lives as a whole.
