Introduction to Speedy…
We may have started small but we’ve always had big ideas. Since Speedy was established in 1977 we have grown into the UK’s leading hire business. Along the way we’ve won countless awards for innovation, safety and our commitment to training to name but a few. Our people are the heart of our business and it’s their commitment and professionalism that makes us the biggest and the best in the industry.
Once you’re settled into your role, you will spend most of the time in the field; liaising with customers, servicing and solving mechanical faults as required. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers can rely on us to provide them with safe and reliable hire equipment so they can successfully deliver their projects. You will ensure that our equipment is performing to its full capabilities, that all equipment is tested, repaired and serviced to a high standard.
Being an Engineer with Speedy will bring great opportunities for you to learn new skills and progress your career, where you can learn from those around you and develop with our in-house training courses. At Speedy we take pride in the safety of our equipment and its availability to the customer, which is why we make sure our Engineers are able to operate at their peak with continuous training courses and regular opportunities to learn new products.
At Speedy, we want to help you develop and progress; but we’ll need you to demonstrate these skills and attributes for us to be able to support you…
