Head of Sector Sales

Arco: Experts in Safety are going through a period of significant investment to achieve our exciting and ambitious growth plans. Key to our success is our high performing sectorised national sales team. We have a great opportunity for a strategic and dynamic Head of Sector, to lead and develop a team of sector aligned Key Account Managers to deliver the sales and net profit performance of the Facilities Management sector. Working collaboratively across the business and with revenue responsibility of c£20million, the Head of Sector will ensure sector strategy performance is realised and an effortless customer experience is achieved.

This is an exciting time to be joining our team, having introduced the Challenger Sale methodology across our sales team and moving to a sectorised sales environment, changing the way we engage with and sell to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Accountable for sales and net profit performance (full P&L responsibility) of the defined sector.
Accountable for the delivery of the new business target of your sector and the pipeline development to enable future growth.
Develop and drive the sector sales strategy in collaboration with marketing, across all sales channels and all customer sizes.
Responsible for the accurate forecasting of business performance and demonstrating that robust plans are in place to ensure the numbers are delivered.
Be an advocate for, coach and role model of the Challenger Sales methodology.

To be successful in this role you will need to have;

Proven track record of successful P&L delivery within a sales environment
Proven track record of developing high performing sales teams
Operated at a strategic sales level, ideally within a B2B sales environment
Demonstrable thought leadership and insight creation within a sector sales environment
Challenger sales methodology and Facilities Management exposure will be advantageous but full training will be provided.
