DNA Worldwide Group is looking for a strong Marketing and Events Assistant to support on the full range of DNA brands (Living DNA and DNA Legal).

You will be working in a fast-paced agile environment, managing multiple tasks at any one time, so you should be strong in project management, naturally proactive and a good communicator. A willingness to go the extra mile with an awesome sense of humour is a must.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role sits within a creative Marketing team but you will also be working closely with the Client Support team and Product Development team. You will help with developing a distinct online presence, supporting affiliate programmes and working on global events. You will also be responsible for compiling campaign results, helping with content creation and production and communicating with suppliers and clients.

  • Help run and organise global events throughout the year including the recruitment of volunteers, volunteer briefings, key point of contact for suppliers, management of logistics ie kits, travel and shipping. Creation of event running orders and overall management of events remotely
  • Help to pull together show budgets, including reporting on ROI and show de-briefs to wider team
  • Research of events we should be attending
  • Manage merchandise stock levels


  • Research advertising opportunities
  • Research affiliate opportunities
  • Assist Marketing Manager with the running of performance reports for affiliates and partners
  • Prepare email campaigns
  • Manage database of those who have opted into marketing emails and other target groups
  • Work alongside the customer service team to ensure that the help centre is up to date at all times
  • Lead on VIP kit process and distribution


  • Keep the website up to date with support from Marketing Executive for content
  • Organisation of webinars - assist Marketing Executive with the distribution and promotion of these events
  • Developing email marketing campaigns, social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns
  • Lead on events attendance and all related tasks
  • Supporting the company’s online presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties

Essential Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • A passion for new ideas and comfortable in a fast paced dynamic scale up environment
  • Well organised with an ease of managing multiple streams of work at once
