4 Star Lake District Hotel and Restaurant require a Restaurant Manager £23-25,000 plus Benefits!
Our client is a well-established, highly regarded 4 Star Hotel establishment with an award-winning Restaurant, situated in a particularly beautiful part of Cumbria. They are looking for an experienced restaurant manager with a Rosette standard background.
The role will be to manage the day to day running of the Restaurant with leadership and motivation. An eye for detail and a keen focus on driving sales & profit is essential, along with the ability to build, train and motivate your restaurant team. This is a crucial position in the management structure and you will report directly to the Operation Manager.
You will have excellent knowledge of all aspects of Rosette standards, and be 'the face' of the unit with character and personality, The ability to drive sales forward through excellent customer service is crucial, as is the ability to control costs and forecast labour requirements. You will maintain the high standards set out by the establishment, and show excellent knowledge of the industry and competitors, but most of all an unquestionable drive and ambition with the enthusiasm to lead and develop your team.
