The Assistant Change and Improvement Officer will play a significant role in supporting service improvement and organisational change within the Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (RHSCP). Reporting to the Change and Improvement Officer, and aligned to the strategic priorities of RHSCP, the post holder will be responsible for delivering change and improvement activity across RHSCP. You will be expected to successfully coordinate a range of change activities including service improvement work, service redesign reviews and small to medium scale projects. You will work with services, or partners and suppliers to identify, appraise and implement innovative, cost effective and customer focused service delivery models, pathways and systems, and demonstrate their contribution to delivering the Partnership’s Strategic and Financial Plans. It is desirable but not essential that you are educated to HNC/D level with PRINCE2 accreditation. You must have effective organisational and time management skills; effective analytical, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and sustain relationships with individuals at all levels in the organisation especially with senior stakeholders, along with personal resilience and the ability to manage competing priorities. You must also have knowledge of service improvement and organisational change.
