The Global Digital Trade & Operations Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining and optimising the Global Molton Brown websites. The role will support an omnichannel strategy and positioning as an English luxury brand online, helping meet KPIs and targets

This position is a 12 month fixed term contract

Catalogue & Product Management

  • Responsible for maintaining and updating the online catalogue - creating product and category records, using excel tables and our content management system. These responsibilities include: briefing and approving product copy to the Digital Copywriter, creating web bundle SKU codes, briefing bundle photography to the Creative team, preparing products for launch, uploading images in Amplience, supporting with GWP and samples set ups.

Stock Management and Merchandising

  • Assisting with the day to day merchandising of the websites. Some of these responsibilities include: merchandising on a weekly basis, liaising with the global and local merchandising teams and Customer Service teams to monitor stock and escalate any issues, price establishing sale and promotional skus, using.
  • SAP to check stock queries, being the main point of contact for the warehouse teams, keeping a track of gift wrap.

Assisting with the setup and testing of campaign assets

  • Assist the Digital Trading team in preparing the websites for campaign launches. This includes: uploading content slot banners, mega menu images, basket promos, creating T&Cs and getting approval from Legal, creating new URLs, assist the team in testing campaign pages and promotions, working with the Marketing team and CRM teams to updating the store listing pages when there are store events.

Content Management

  • Updating hygiene static pages, the Store Finder and other assets. This includes: updating static pages such as Delivery, Contact Us, Hotel Amenities, working with Retail and Hotel teams to maintain and update the list of stores, stockists, airports and hotels on the website Store Finder, working with Retail teams in updating Store Finder store hours during seasonal trading hours and bank holidays, updating the cookie policy and privacy policy on a regular basis.

  • Degree or equivalent vocational experience preferable
  • Minimum 2 year experience in a results driven role for a consumer brand
  • Luxury or beauty sector experience preferable, but not essential
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Content Management Systems preferable
