The RNLI defines lifesaving as one of its key objectives and seeks to optimise the benefit that can be realised from the capability of lifesaving assets utilised in its activities around the UK, RoI and internationally. To play our part in meeting this and other corporate objectives, we are currently recruiting for an Asset Planner to work as part of a team that sits at the heart of EAM, creating and maintaining integrated asset strategies and through life plans to optimise value from our asset portfolio.
Liaison with teams across the RNLI will be a fundamental part of the role, working with customers and EAM teams to define projects for new and existing assets, and ensuring that teams across the RNLI work to a single asset plan to ensure optimal spend and efficiency in carrying out that work.

The ideal candidate will have skills and experience in asset through life management and be able to apply strong project management skills to create and assure the delivery of a wide range of asset strategies and projects.
