We are currently recruiting for a Sofa.com Supervisor to oversee our concession in Lakeside.
The specifics of the role:
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week, 5 days) and would require full availability (weekends included).
As the showroom supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the retail team, assuming responsibility as required. Yours will be a busy day; you will be expected to help motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve a wonderful on brand shopping experience, at all times leading by example, and be a brand ambassador representing sofa.com to the highest standard.
On top of this, you will help with the day to day running of the concession; taking orders, answering queries, helping customers and ensuring the retail space looks tip top!
In order to be considered for the position you should:
• Have previous supervisory/keyholder experience preferably within the furniture or luxury retail sector
• Be passionate, inspiring and committed to providing excellent customer service
• Have a passion for interior design/art (not essential)
• Be confident using MS Office
