General Overview:

Naila Construction require a director of sales and marketing to be responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short-term and long-term projects, targeted toward existing clients and developing new clients.

Job Description

Marketing
Liaise with other senior management to decide on the domestic and international markets to target and increase their portfolio

Maintains and monitor surveys and analyse client’s requirements for existing residential and commercial portfolio in London and United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) with a view to increase the portfolio

Examines and analyses sales figures of the existing portfolio in London and UAE to advise on and monitor marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Keep up to date with the target markets and make recommendations for marketing campaigns when needed


Keep up to date with construction industry issues, within the target markets in London and UAE and advise on relevant promotional activities for the business


Present quarterly to board of directors on sales figures to determine and changes to the strategic direction of the company’s marketing campaign

Sales
Maintain and develop a network of business relations with relevant third parties and stakeholders, including estate agents, construction professionals, lawyers to carry out marketing campaigns and promote sales within the domestic and international markets


Conduct research on specific target markets in line with marketing strategy


Review and develop marketing strategies on a monthly basis to keep up to date with market and new government policies


Analyse customer reviews and complaints and advise on training issues required for staff for the project manager to implement

Legal
Maintain an up to date knowledge of UK legal framework including land law, relevant construction policies

Maintain good relations with lawyers and report to board of directors on relevant updates for the marketing strategy

Experience and skills required for the role

· Professional experience of liaising with senior management about domestic and international markets to target and increase portfolio

· Professional experience of maintaining and monitoring surveys to analyse client’s requirements for existing residential and commercial portfolio. Advantage with be given to candidates who have experience of dealing with in London and United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) markets

· Professional experience of examining and analysing sales figures of a residential and commercial portfolio to advise on marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Advantage with be given to candidates who have experience of dealing with the London and United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) markets

· Demonstrate keeping up to date with construction industry issues, on relevant promotional activities. Advantage with be given to candidates who have experience of dealing with the London and United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) markets

· Professional experience of presenting regularly quarterly to senior management on sales figures to determine the strategic direction of the company’s marketing campaign
