Spring Technology is currently looking for an experienced IT Communication and Engagement Manager. This is a 6 month initial contract based in East Sussex.

Purpose:
*To design, develop and implement an end to end creative communications plan for the programme that will bring to life the investment the client has committed to in transforming the IT experience.
*Managing and engaging key stakeholders with the comms approach and plan to ensure that all audiences are captured. Work with partners (where relevant) to deliver timely and quality focused content through creative communication channels that best suits the audience in question.
*Support the Programme with building a network of champions from across the business units to support us with the launch of the project tech and services. They will develop critical relationships with business unit IT change teams and communicators so that they can engage with and work collaboratively with existing champion networks.

Responsibilities
*Design, develop and implement an end to end communications plan for the Programme
*Manage the development of the project webpage and content, working closely with colleagues to ensure comms project milestones are achieved
*Develop a comms content strategy for the various channels we want to use, that will support the delivery of the programme's objectives, strategic aims and story making it timely, relevant and enhancing its usability, accessibility and positioning
*Work with Comms colleagues across the IT Divisions to produce content that promotes the programmes work, meets the needs of the user/partner/Business Units for IT events, show and tells, expo's and general comms releases
*Develop robust monitoring, reporting and evaluation of all comms activity and proactively share this information with programme colleagues, Business communicators, Change Leads/teams across the organisation to inform progress
*Build relationships with IT change teams and communications teams from across a number of businesses
*Define strategy and approach to engagement of a programme champion network using existing networks where they exist
*On-board champion network with programme so fully informed/educated on programme vision, aims, tech and services that we are implementing across the business
*Build network into a cohesive, highly engaged team that are self-motivated, enthusiast and keen adopters of IT, change and new ways of working

Skills, knowledge, experience;
*Degree or other relevant professional qualification.
*Demonstrable experience of initiating and running successful and innovative communications campaigns for IT/tech type programmes in last two/three career moves.
*Strong experience of maintaining and designing webpages and using other social media platforms. Track monitor and analyse usage so as to inform campaigns.
*Evidence of experience in creating and editing lively, dynamic content.
*Demonstrable experience of managing relationships, stakeholder groups.
*Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
*Experience building and maintaining nurturing champion networks or taking people through change programmes
*Work with project management and IT and communications teams
*Liaise, manage, collaborate, and support other internal teams that you have to connect with to deliver the role
*Strong understanding of the digital channel, best practices, trends, and innovation
*Experience working closely with development & creative teams.
*Passion to continually absorb, learn, evolve in the fast-changing digital space.
*Extremely organised and detail-oriented
