PA/Secretary/Audio Typist


Temporary to Permanent

Paying £10.25 - £13.30 per hour (£20,000 - £26,000) depending on experience

Full or part time days/hours available - must start at 08.30am - minimum of 4 days

Free car parking

Are you an experienced PA/Secretary with excellent audio typing skills?

Do you possess excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels?

Are you seeking a temporary to permanent opportunity where you can competently demonstrate the above?

Working within modern offices, you will be:

*Meeting and greeting Clients
*Preparing meeting rooms and carrying out hospitality duties
*Booking venues
*Assisting with Client enquiries
*Diary management
*Audio typing of letters, documents, reports and memos - this will be a large part of your role
*Opening and distributing the post
*Preparing files for client meetings and ordering valuations
*Sending out newsletters

You will:

*Have excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently liaise at all levels
*Have previous PA, Secretarial or senior administration experience, ideally gained within a Financial services background or an IFA practice, this would be desirable but not essential
*Be a competent audio typist, with an excellent, accurate typing speed - this will be a large aspect of the role
*Be proficient with Windows 10 - Word, Outlook, Excel and Power point
*Ideally be available immediate as my Client is looking for someone to start imminently
