This role will involve you being an integral part of fulfiling the complete customer spares and repairs requirements for their sites equipment. Your main responsibilties will include







• Quotations - Ensure that customers are quoted in a timely fashion after receipt of customer requirement, 24 hour target.

• Sales Orders - Ensure that customer orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

• Purchasing - Create back to back purchase orders relating for all sales orders processed

• Customer Focus - Understand (internal and external) customer expectations and work to achieve customer satisfaction

• Other duties as assigned - general administration support

• Being a Key point of contact for assigned customers







+ Previous experience of ordering Spare Parts



+ Knowledge of SAP Order Processing (desirable but not essential)



+ Ability to prioritise workload



+ Ability to work on own initiative within a team environment.



+ Good telephone manner with greeting all customers and being professional whilst resolving queries
