Our client, Neaco, designs, manufactures and installs balustrade, balconies, structural glass, aluminium grilles, decking and adaptive bathing products.

The purpose of the Internal sales Role is to act as the main point of contact for new inbound enquires from new and existing customers and making proactive contact to develop relationships. To carry out prospecting and lead generation in maximising individual sales pipeline. Some sales experience is preferred but not essential. The right person will be able to demonstrate passion, dynamism and a willingness to learn as excellent training will be given.

This is a permanent position based in Malton, North Yorkshire. Our Client is offering a competitive salary with bonus, as well as the chance to develop your career with an industry leader.

Duties will include:

Enquiries

  • Follow up new enquiries made by existing and new customers to ensure that sufficient information is provided to enable a quotation to be submitted.

Sales

  • Enquiry Evaluation
  • Understand the technical requirements of a scheme to enable a quote to be submitted
  • Monitor Quotes
  • Follow up on quote submissions to determine if Neaco have been successful
  • Meet and exceed agreed order targets.

Lead Generation and Development responsibilities

  • Mining of Glenigans to realise opportunities for Neaco to quote
  • Arrange meetings with existing customers in line with the sales development strategy to ensure that all customers are aware of the ongoing products offered by Neaco
  • Be proactive in making contact with existing customers to ensure Neaco continue to offer the “personal touch”
  • Feedback customer comments to Sales Management.

Networking

  • Attend exhibitions as and when required by Neaco to liaise with existing and new clients.
  • Liaise with customers written and verbally
  • Use of social media

Meetings

  • Where required, attend project/sales meetings to provide technical or commercial advice to prospective clients
  • Actively participate in monthly sales meetings.
